Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Please examine your order immediately upon arrival to ensure all perishable items are cold and packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our farm-to-table team at support@starwalkerorganic.com with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your claim and issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
